ExpertTrader.club ("Service") is a technical webhook routing utility that connects trading signal generators (such as TradingView) to broker APIs (such as OANDA). We provide tools for alert management, trade tracking, and strategy analysis. We are NOT a broker, financial advisor, or financial institution.

2. User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

• All trading decisions and their financial consequences
• Understanding the risks of automated trading
• Maintaining broker account credentials securely
• Complying with all applicable financial regulations in your jurisdiction
• Trading only with capital you can afford to lose

Our Service provides technical tools only. We do NOT provide:

6. User Conduct

You agree NOT to use our Service to:

• Phish, deceive, or defraud other users
• Violate any laws or regulations
• Violate the terms of TradingView, OANDA, or other platforms
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or hack the Service
• Engage in market manipulation

7. Limitation of Liability

ExpertTrader.club is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for:

• Trading losses or financial damages
• Service interruptions or downtime
• Data loss or security breaches
• Indirect or consequential damages

8. Third-Party Services

Our Service integrates with third-party platforms (TradingView, OANDA, etc.). We are not responsible for:

• Their terms, policies, or changes
• Service interruptions on their platforms
• Data security on their systems

9. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

• Violate these terms
• Engage in phishing or fraud
• Violate applicable laws
• Pose a risk to our platform or other users

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service implies acceptance of updated terms.
